Free Access
New users receive free credits to try our service. Free credits and trial periods are provided as-is with no refunds.
- • Free credits do not expire during active usage
- • Unused free credits may be forfeited upon account inactivity
- • Free trial periods automatically convert to paid subscriptions

How to Cancel

Partial Refunds

- • Pro-rated Refunds: For subscription cancellations mid-billing cycle
- • Service Credits: Account credits for future use instead of cash refund
- • Usage-based: Refunds calculated based on actual service usage
Subscription Management
